Worship & Discipleship Events

Wednesday's at CBC is an all inclusive ministry night designed for everyone in every life stage. This event happens in between Labor Day and Memorial Day. We have Nursery (0-23), Awana (2 yrs-5th grade), Youth Group (6th-12th grades), and adult Bible studies. We use this time to go deeper into God's Word, grow as saints of Jesus Christ, and have a ton of fun while doing so.

Sunday's at CBC is a chance to worship God corporately. We open up our doors at 9a starting with Corporate Prayer. This leads to a time of community and good coffee! The gathering starts at 10a and ends at 11:30a. We spend the majority of time exploring and studying the Bible to see what encouragement God has for His Church. We live stream the gathering as well on YouTube.

Corporate Prayer

As a church, we start every Sunday with prayer. We ask God to go before us in everything we do, including Sunday worship. Sometimes we pray silently, read Psalms, give words of encouragement, practice breath prayers, or Lectio Divina. We would love for you to come pray with us every Sunday in the Main Auditorium from 9:00 - 9:30a.

Awana

What is AWANA?
We’re so glad you asked! AWANA is our discipleship program for 2 yr olds all the way through 5th grade. Children will participate in game time, music and worship, and Bible learning. Activities are tailored for each particular age group. 

When is it? 
AWANA meets every Wednesday during the school year (with the exception of holiday breaks) from 6:30p-8p. First night in 2024 in Sept. 4th

CBC Youth Event

We are taking the youth group to Funagans after the gathering on Sunday! They will eat some pizza together (because nothing says "I love Jesus" more than pizza :) and then going to have fun, build community, and be the church.

Who: 7th-12th graders

Secret Sister Reveal Plus

All year long, the women of CBC have been leaving little gifts, notes of encouragement, and words of affirmation. Now, it's time for the big reveal! All CBC Women are invited even if you did not participate and would like to next year.
